Returns & Refunds Policy

At Talo Ramble, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return an item under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.
  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence.
  • Customized or clearance sale items.
  • Products returned without original tags, packaging, or accessories.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product (if applicable).
Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • We do not accept walk-in returns; all returns must be sent through courier as instructed.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item.

Note: Since we only offer Cash on Delivery, monetary refunds to bank accounts are not applicable.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]. We will arrange a free replacement or exchange at no additional cost.
